DAY 1 The Year of the Rupture. It started on February 12, 2017, at the Willamalane sports complex in Springfield, Oregon. The basketball game that day was scheduled for 5 p.m. Warmed up on the treadmill. All was good, only slight limitations from a meniscus sprain sustained three weeks prior. Nothing major except the coming signs of age. I’m 37.
